Returns & Exchanges
At LOUENHIDE we love all of our products and we hope our customers do too. Therefore to make it easy we will offer FREE RETURNS to all of our retail (Australian only) customers within 14 days of the purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can return the item in its original condition free of charge for a full re-fund or exchange.
Returning your item(s) is easy. Simply follow these steps:
- Please contact LOUENHIDE online via e-mail; email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase. You will be sent an email containing a free Australia Post return label and a returns/exchange form.
- Pack your item(s) and completed Returns/Exchange form into the re-sealable bag, print and attach your returns label (please make sure your label is clear and legible).
- Sign the Aviation Security and Dangerous Goods Declaration.
- Post your parcel at your nearest Australia Post retail outlet to be scanned. You will be issued a lodgement receipt.
One free return per order.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items. Please call 07 3356 9990 should you require further information.
Free Returns are available on full price Australian orders only, whilst the policy is listed on our website. Returns must be received within 14 days of receiving your order. LOUENHIDE Free Returns may only be used through Australia Parcel Post system. LOUENHIDE will not reimburse returns postage costs in the event that you do not use the Free Australia Post return label provided.
Refunds: Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
