CONDITIONS OF GIFT VOUCHERS
- Vouchers can be redeemed for online merchandise only and not for cash.
- Vouchers can only be redeemed with Louenhide online, not with any other reseller of Louenhide.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
- No change or credit will be given: any remaining balance on the card can only be used in whole or part against future purchases.
- Gift vouchers are in $AUD only
All prices are shown in Australian dollars.
DELIVERIES AND SHIPPING
- You will receive your order in approximately 5-7 working days.
- Delivery charge for all standard shipping $9.95 and $14.95 express to anywhere in Australia.
- Free standard shipping when you spend over $100 and $5.00 for express anywhere in Australia.
- All parcels are shipped using eParcel (by Australia Post).
- New Zealand freight charges are a flat rate of $15.00 AUD

GST / TAXES
A charge of 10% GST is included in the retail price and the freight price shown.
We currently offer international delivery to New Zealand only. Please note: that some countries will charge an extra fee for taxes and duties. This is a processing fee incurred when shipment requires a formal clearance and when duties & taxes are invoiced and paid by the courier on the customer’s behalf.
ONLINE EXCHANGE & RETURNS
You may exchange or return any item for change of mind excluding sale items; postage charges to return the products are the responsibility of the customer.
If you would like to return/exchange an item please contact Louenhide Head Office via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
You will be sent an email containing instructions on returning the item/s and a form to fill out and include in the package. Once you have been sent a postal address, the item must be sent back within 14 days to be eligible for a refund. Any items returned after the 14 days will receive a credit which is redeemable for a 3 month period.
Please use the provided online return/exchange form to indicate the reason for your return/exchange and include in the package when returning your item/s.
Please note: Louenhide do not offer a free returns service for change of mind.
Extended Returns – 30 Days
Please note, over the Christmas Holiday Period, we have extended our returns policy to 30 days. Any email enquiries for return orders placed over the holiday period will be responded to in early January.
PAYMENT METHODS & PROCESSING
Louenhide currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Afterpay, Zippay, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Goods are sent when the total amount has been approved and debited from your account. Placing your order means you are engaged in a contract and that you unconditionally accept the prices and descriptions of the items you have ordered.
Louenhide reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on our online site at any time. The price payable for the goods shall be the price applicable on the date the goods are confirmed as ordered. Louenhide also reserves the right to discontinue any promotions as we see fit.
SALE ITEMS & SALE EVENTS
We are unable to refund sale items or items purchased at a discount for change of mind, however, we are committed to helping you find the perfect accessory.
We’ll happily facilitate an exchange for you or issue you with a store credit, that has no expiry! Please note, shipping costs to return & send exchanged items are not included. Please contact email@example.com so we can assist you further.
Additional promotional codes are not valid during sale periods.
Please note: that sale items, length of sale and times that sales occur are at the discretion of Louenhide and may change without notice. Sale prices are only applicable during the sale period – no backdating. We are unable to combine multiple orders made during the sale, due to the large volume of orders.
