Peak Period Shipping Notice - EOFY Sale

During high-volume promotional periods such as Boxing Day, EOFY, Black Friday, and other major sales events, order dispatch times may be extended to 3–5 business days due to increased demand.

Customers who have purchased Jump the Queue Priority Dispatch will continue to receive priority processing and will be dispatched ahead of standard or express orders. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these busy periods and will work to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

Australia

Standard Post (2-6 Business Days)

- Standard delivery costs $10 and takes 2-6 business days.
- Our Warehouse Team will dispatch your order within 1-3 business days.*
- Shipping times are a guide from Australia Post, which are 'business days' from the date of dispatch.
-You can calculate the estimate shipping time frame here.
-Please note that regional, rural or international orders will be subject to longer times.
*Please note that in peak times such as Black Friday, Boxing Day and EOFY periods this may extend up to 5 days - we'll work hard to make sure you get your Louenhide as soon as possible!

Express Post (2-3 Business Days)

- Express delivery costs $15 and takes 1-3 business days.
- Our Warehouse Team will dispatch your order within 1-3 business days.*
- Shipping times are a guide from Australia Post, which are 'business days' from the date of dispatch.

-Please note that regional, rural or international orders will be subject to longer times.

Jump The Queue (1-3 Business Days)

- Jump the Queue orders are moved to the front of the line, bypassing standard processing times.
- Jump the Queue costs $25 and orders are sent via Aus Post EXPRESS, which takes 1-3 business days.
- Orders placed before 1:30pm AEST on weekdays will be dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 1:30pm AEST on weekdays, or on weekends/public holidays will be priority dispatched the following business day.

New Zealand

Standard (10-14 Business Days)

- Standard delivery is $15 and shipped via Australia Post.
- Our Warehouse Team will dispatch your order within 1-3 business days.*
- Shipping times are a guide from Australia Post, which are 'business days' from the date of dispatch.
-You can calculate the estimate shipping time frame here.
- Deliveries to New Zealand may be subject to customs or import taxes. These charges are to be paid by the customer.

General Information

Tracking Your Order

- Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.
- Please allow some time for the status of your parcel to update.
- You can track your order using Australia Post's Track My Order
- If your parcel is delayed or lost, we will work with you to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for stolen packages or parcels delayed by the courier.

Australia Post Safe Drop Delivery

If you’re not home to receive your parcel, you can request a Safe Drop, where Australia Post will leave your parcel in a secure location at your address. You can request Safe Drop through your MyPost account or the AusPost app. If you haven’t set it up, they'll email you before delivery to ask if it’s suitable. If you opt for safe drop and your parcel is stolen/left in the wrong location, unfortunately Louenhide cannot assist with replacing your order.
Please note: some locations may not be eligible, and parcels will be redirected to the nearest Post Office for collection.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holiday periods, weekends, or due to severe weather conditions.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delays or misdeliveries. We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses.

Shipping Cost Refunds

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Shipping
