Please note, Australia Post has provided the following cut-off dates for orders sent from QLD to the following states. Please note all orders need to be placed by 9am on the 21st December 2023:

HOLIDAY ORDERS
Please note, the Louenhide Warehouse will be closed from the 22nd December 2023 - 1st January 2024. All orders need to be placed by 9am on the 21st for dispatch before our warehouse closure. Standard shipping orders placed during this period will be dispatched during the week of the 2nd January 2024. Express shipping orders will be unavailable during our closure period.
Due to a high volume of orders placed over the Xmas and New Year Period, and many public holidays, please allow 5-7 days for delivery to QLD/NSW/VIC/SA/TAS & 7-10 days for delivery to NT/WA.

Louenhide offers $5 EXPRESS SHIPPING on all orders over $110 within Australia only.
For all orders under $110 shipping prices are as below:
Standard Shipping – $9.95 Express Shipping – $14.95
DELIVERY TO NEW ZEALAND
A flat rate of $15 will be charged as a delivery fee for NZ orders. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS FOR TRANSIT TO NEW ZEALAND.

All orders placed before 9am Monday to Friday on louenhide.com.au will be dispatched that same day.
Online orders will be received within 5-7 working days for all Australian orders. If there is any issue with your order our customer service team will contact you by email and advise you of the updates.
If you notice a mistake or need to update your delivery address details once your order has been placed, please email our team to amend: admin@louenhide.com.au
Please note: During the busy SALE period we will do everything we can to dispatch your order so that it is received within 5-7 working days; however orders may be delayed due to very high volume of orders.
DELIVERY TO NEW ZEALAND
SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND ONLY. Online orders will be dispatched within 2 days. On occasion, some shipments may take longer to arrive when clearing customs. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS FOR TRANSIT TO NEW ZEALAND.
Please note: Customs may charge an extra fee for taxes and duties. This is a processing fee when shipment requires a formal clearance and when duties & taxes are invoiced and paid by the courier on the customer’s behalf.
Pre Order
If you have purchased a Pre Order product in addition to an in stock product, your products may be delivered in separate shipments.
