Return Eligibility

  • - Item/s must be lodged for return within 30 days of delivery
  • - Item/s must be in original condition with tags & packaging 
  • - Item was not marked as "Final Sale" or a gift card 
  • - The purchase was made directly through our website  
  • - Once lodged in the portal, your return parcel must be shipped and tracking details uploaded within 7 days. Failure to do so will result in your return being cancelled.

Faulty Returns

  • - If you have received a damaged bag in your order, or your item is faulty within 6 months of purchase, please email us at esales@louenhide.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the fault, so our team can assist.
  • - Please note damage reported 6 months after purchase is considered general wear and tear.

If you opted for Checkout+ Return Cover at the checkout, the cost of your return shipping label is covered!

For orders without Return Cover, standard return shipping fees apply and are the responsibility of the customer. If opting for a label to be supplied via our return portal, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your return value.

-Instant Refunds & Exchanges: Refundid will process your refund instantly to your nominated bank account. Exchange orders are also placed instantly, once submitted via the portal.

- Standard Refunds: Please allow 5 business days from delivery for our team to process your return. Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification confirming that your return has been processed. Once your refund is processed, funds may take an additional 1 to 5 business days to be received back to your original payment method.

- Store Credit: Please allow 5 business days from delivery for our team to process your return. Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification confirming that your return has been processed. A Store Credit will be placed on your Customer Account, which can be viewed and redeemed in the checkout.

-Standard Refunds: if you opt for standard refund, the funds will be refunded to your original payment method once your return parcel has been received and processed by our warehouse team.

-Instant Refunds: if you opt for instant refunds, the funds will be refunded to the bank account you added to your Refundid account upon signing up. Funds are returned to your account within 60 seconds of your return being lodged through Refundid.

Yes, orders purchased using any Buy Now Pay Later services can be refunded with Refundid's instant refunds. However funds will be refunded to your bank account, and will not alter any outstanding payments owed through the Buy Now Pay Later service.
