Online Exchange & Returns
You may return your item for an exchange, refund or store credit within 14 days; postage charges to return the products are the responsibility of the customer.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, please review our returns policy below.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please email us at esales@louenhide.com.au with your order number and return request, and our team will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification confirming that your return has been processed.
If you have requested a refund, the funds will be processed back to your original payment method within 1 to 5 business days.
If you have requested a store credit, a separate email will be sent to you with your Gift Card details.
Exchanges
You can exchange an item for a new colour or for another item of equal value by emailing us at esales@louenhide.com.au with your request.
Please note: we do not hold items for exchange.

Sale Items & Sale Events
Sale prices are as marked at checkout and only available during the promotional period. The sale is online only. Sale prices are only valid for purchases made during the sale period stated, no rain-checks or refunds for the price difference of purchases made before or after the sale.
Discounts advertised are off original RRP. Discounts are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount code and are not available on charity partnership styles, sets, gift cards or any styles on pre-order. If you place multiple orders during the sale, unfortunately, we are unable to combine them due to the large volume of orders.
All sale items are FINAL SALE and can not be refunded or exchanged. In the event you receive a faulty item, please contact esales@louenhide.com.au and we will asses your bag and arrange a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
