What is 20 Days of Birthday Offers?
Louenhide is turning 20, and we're celebrating with you! For 20 days, we'll unlock a new treat every day. Think free gifts with purchase, limited-edition Mystery Bundles, giveaways, surprise codes and a few random acts of birthday kindness along the way.
How long is this promotion on for?
From Tuesday 6 October to Sunday 25 October 2026. There's a new offer on every day. Offers are live for one day only.
How long does each offer last?
Each offer onsite is available for one day only, from 12:01am to 11:59pm AEST.
There are a few exceptions, (including our Mystery Bundles, TikTok and Instagram Giveaways which will launch at 8am AEST) and we'll always flag them for the corresponding day.

I missed an offer. Can I still get it?
Sorry, each offer is only available on its day, and we can't offer rainchecks. The good news? There's a new offer tomorrow.
The gift sold out before I ordered. Can I get it later?
Our birthday gifts are limited in number, so once they're gone, they're gone. Some offers are for a set number of orders, like the first 50 orders, so first in best dressed!
I ordered yesterday. Can I get today's offer on my order?
Unfortunately not. Offers only apply to orders placed during the offer window, and we can't apply them to past orders or adjust prices.
My free gift didn't show in my cart, and I've already placed my order. Can you add it?
Sorry, we can't add gifts after an order has been placed. Gifts are limited in number, so check your cart before you check out. If a gift isn't showing, check that your cart meets the offer requirements (the right product, or the spend amount before shipping). If you're still stuck, contact Customer Care at hello@louenhide.com.au before you place your order.

Using the offers
Do I need a code?
Most offers apply automatically at checkout, so no code is needed. If an offer needs a code, we'll say so clearly.
Does shipping count towards the spend amount?
No. The spend amount is for your products only, before shipping, in a single order.
Can I use a Birthday offer with another discount code?
No. Birthday offers can't be combined with any other code, offer or promotion, unless we say otherwise.
Can I get more than one gift?
Yes! There's one gift per order, so if you place another order that qualifies, you'll get another gift (while stocks last).
Can I choose the style or colour of my gift?
Our gifts come in limited styles, so we can't offer a choice of style or colour, or swap your gift for something else.

What's inside a Birthday Mystery Bag?
That's the surprise! Each bag is hand-picked by our team and we have great taste! What's inside is always worth more than you pay and we include our best selling styles / colours in each mystery bag.
Can I return or exchange a Mystery Bag?
Mystery Bags are final sale, so they can't be returned, exchanged or refunded unless faulty. Not loving the style, colour or contents doesn't count as a fault.

Can I return an order that came with a free gift?
Orders with a free gift can be exchanged or returned for store credit. We can't offer refunds on these orders.
Can I return or exchange the gift itself?
Free gifts can't be returned, exchanged, or swapped for cash or credit.
Store Credit Offers
When will my $20 credit arrive?
Your $20 credit will appear in your Louenhide account 7 days after your order is dispatched. You'll need a Louenhide account to receive it, so sign in or create one at checkout.
How do I use it, and when does it expire?
You can use your credit on one future order, until 31st December 2026. It can't be used on the order that earned it, and it can't be swapped for cash.
Giveaways and Random Draws
How do the random draws work?
On certain days, we will randomly choose orders to be gifted a refund, credit or a gift with their purchase. You will be opted in when you make a purchase for that particular day and you will be notified via email and / or surprised in the mail with your special gift.
How do I enter the social giveaways?
Each giveaway post will explain how to enter, usually by following us, liking the post and tagging a friend. Make sure your account is public so we can see your entry.
Who can enter?
Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 and over.
How will I know if I've won?
Draw winners are contacted by email. Social giveaway winners get a DM from our official account, and we'll announce them on our stories.
How do I win the Ultimate Birthday Prize?
You will automatically enter the Ultimate Birthday Prize competition every time you place an order between 6th October to the 25th October midnight AEST. We will draw the winner on Monday 26 October. We will announce the winner on our stories and by email. The bundle is worth over $800.

Will my order take longer to ship?
Birthday month keeps us busy, so please allow an extra 3 days for dispatch. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Will my gift arrive with my order?
Gifts with purchase are packed with your order. Giveaway and draw prizes are sent separately.
