Payment Methods & Processing
Louenhide currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Shop Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, ZipPay, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Goods are sent when the total amount has been approved and debited from your account. Placing your order means you are engaged in a contract and that you unconditionally accept the prices and descriptions of the items you have ordered.
Price
Louenhide reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on our online site at any time. The price payable for the goods shall be the price applicable on the date the goods are confirmed as ordered. Louenhide also reserves the right to discontinue any promotions as we see fit.
Currency
All prices are shown in Australian dollars.
GST
A charge of 10% GST is included in the retail price and the freight price shown.
Conditions of Gift Cards
• Gift Cards can be redeemed for online merchandise only and not for cash.
• Gift Cards can only be redeemed with Louenhide online, not with any other reseller of Louenhide
• Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from date of issue.
• No change or credit will be given: any remaining balance on the card can only be used in whole or part against future purchases.
• Gift Cards are available in $AUD only
Conditions of Store Credit
• Store Credit can be redeemed for online merchandise only and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Store Credit can only be redeemed through the Louenhide online store and cannot be used with any other Louenhide stockist.
• Store Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Store Credit is linked to your customer account and will be available to redeem at checkout when you are logged in.
Delivery and Shipping
• Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days.
• Flat rate shipping is charged for Standard Shipping: $10, Express Shipping: $15 and Priority Dispatch: $25, to anywhere in Australia.
• New Zealand freight charges are a flat rate of $15.00 AUD.
• All parcels are shipped using eParcel (by Australia Post).
International Orders
We currently offer international delivery to New Zealand only. Please note: customs may charge an extra fee for taxes and duties. This is a processing fee incurred when a shipment requires a formal clearance and when duties & taxes are invoiced and paid by the courier on the customer’s behalf.

Online Exchange & Returns
You may exchange or return any item for change of mind excluding sale items; postage charges to return the products are the responsibility of the customer.
If you would like to return/exchange an item please contact Louenhide Head Office via e-mail at esales@louenhide.com.au within 14 days of receiving your purchase. We require a photograph of the faulty item via email to esales@louenhide.com.au and your order number or name it was purchased under.
You will be sent an email containing instructions on returning the item/s and a form to fill out and include in the package. Once you have been sent a postal address, the item must be sent back within 14 days to be eligible for a refund. Any items returned after the 14 days will receive a credit which is redeemable for a 3 month period.
Louenhide does not offer a free returns service for change of mind.
Promotions
EOFY Sale - Up to 50% Off Selected Styles
Sale prices are as marked and only available during the promotional period commencing 5 June 2026 and concluding 22 June 2026. Louenhide reserves the right to change, alter and amend the offer during the promotional period. Valid whilst stocks last.
The sale is online only. Sale prices are only valid for purchases made during the sale period stated, no rain-checks or refunds for the price difference of purchases made before or after the sale.
Discounts advertised are off original RRP. Discounts are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount code and are not available on charity partnership styles, sets, gift cards or any styles on pre-order. If you place multiple orders during the sale, unfortunately, we are unable to combine them due to the large volume of orders.
Please note, we are unable to refund or exchange Final Sale items for change of mind. In the event you receive a faulty item, please contact returns@louenhide.com.au and we will assess your bag and arrange a replacement or refund.
Welcome Voucher for New Customers
Sign up to our newsletter to receive a 10% welcome voucher. This offer is valid for new customers only and is available exclusively online. The 10% discount is valid on orders of $120 AUD or more and applies to full-price items only. The discount is not applicable to sale items, marked-down stock, bundles or gift vouchers.
Your unique promotion code will be sent to the email address provided at sign-up. To redeem the offer, enter the promotion code at checkout and the discount will be deducted from your eligible purchase total. Shipping charges will be calculated after the discount has been applied.
The welcome voucher is strictly one-time use only, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer where stated in the promotional terms. The voucher is valid for 7 days from the date the welcome email is received and must be used at the time of purchase. Promotion codes cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
Free Strap with Manhattan or Rhodes Laptop Bag
Purchase a Manhattan Tote Bag or Rhodes Laptop Bag to receive a free matching strap. Available online only, while stocks last. To be eligible, one of the qualifying bags must be added to your cart and the free matching strap selected from the dropdown menu on the product page and added to cart.
If the qualifying bag is returned, the free strap must also be returned. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes or promotions. The free strap cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or exchanged for another style or colour. Louenhide reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.
