I absolutely love this bag! Adding the logo contrast strap was the perfect upgrade for a thicker, more comfortable over-the-shoulder carry. It’s incredibly roomy and fits everything I need: my work laptop, iPad, diary, pencil case, personal items, drink bottles, lunch, and so much more. This bag is a fantastic addition for those days when I need to bring extra things to work, when I am not using my Bronx Backpack. Highly recommend!
Loved this bag! Just returned from a 4 week European trip - had two kids and always need essential for long flights, etc. This worked so well, but also looked smart and stylish. Love it. Will use going forward for my worktrips/laptop etc also. Thank you!
This is a lovely bag. A bit bigger than expected, but I can fit everything I need for the day and more. The material is lovely, and it looks great quality too. If you want something that looks great quality and have a relaxed style, this is a great option.
This bag is gorgeous! The colour and fabric is excellent and better than the photos. The bag has plenty of room but won’t fit a 17” laptop. Still roomy enough to just use a laptop sleeve inside instead. Absolutely love this bag.

Great size as an air travel carry on bag, it's soft enough to squish down to store under an airplane seat. There are multiple outside pockets plus a luggage trolley sleeve that converts to an extra pocket. The description on the website is incorrect though, it should state that this bag is 90% nylon and not polyurethane, being nylon makes it lighter weight, which helps when travelling.
I’m obsessed with the quality of my new tote! As a dance teacher, I needed a new work bag that could comfortably fit my laptop, spare shoes, clothes, and other essentials… I looked at a lot of ‘gym’ bags but could not find anything that was suitable. Im SO glad I came across the Chicago Tote because it is perfect, not only for work but life and travel too! I was initially a little concerned about the thin straps, but they’ve proven to be surprisingly comfortable, even when the bag is packed. Absolutely recommend!!

Love the whole product!
Exactly what I was looking for! A large bag for travel, enough pockets for organization (including for 2 giant bottles!), a luggage pass thru (this one also converts into a pocket ugh 🤩) and the make or break - excellent structure and quality. Its going abroad with me this weekend, cant wait! My only complaint is the laptop closure (velcro) unfortunately does not align properly, so it's not as secure as it should be. First purchase from LH, won't be the last. 👏🏼
